    Easy run on lake path and badger trails. A few muddy and soggy spots but that is the fun part. Temps still in the 40’s but the wind was not a strong as it has been the last few days.

    Muddy Trail Run

    All the rain/snow and other crap this week left the lake path pretty sloppy. I met more runners on the path today than I did all winter. Still too damn cold with cloudy, windy, conditions with temps in upper 40’s. Twenty degrees below normal. Oh, well I will be in FL for 10 days beginning Thursday and it will be warmer then. Can’t wait.

    Tired Body Trail run

    Yesterday was awesome!! Temps near 80 and unlimited sunshine. After a nice run I spent the rest of the day doing yard work, then playing t-ball with Malachi. My body was very tired this morning but the warm temps again motivated me to run. I started feeling fine but then the overall fatigue started to set in. Oh, well any run is a good one.

    Nice Trail Run

    Cool, cloudy day. Temps in upper 40’s so good conditions for a longer run. Ran on Badger Trails and Lake Path. A few soggy spots, and the south shore of the lake still has too many piers on the ground instead of in the water. Nice easy pace and I felt good the whole way. Good start to the weekend.
